There used to be a place at the bottom of a clan age where there was text that described the clan...it doesn't show. WTH did you do...

clan button on android says it will become available at lvl 90

Which android version/device are you using? As far as browser version goes clan button is now on right side of screen. To get your clan description back simply ask leader to copy paste old description from this page here:
