Are you visiting the right npc's? Could you please be more specific on what you mean by can't (the npc's don't offer quest, you get an error....)

I am visiting the right characters, I took a look at the news page. And they just aren't offering me the quests. They are acting like I should already have them, but I don't have their quests. The only one who offered it, and I was able to get, was the jewlery and hunter quest.

Seems to be working fine for me double-check if you have one of crafting professions quests in your quest book already if you do to take any other one you'll have to cancel it or complete that one.

Oh, ok, I think I understand, so because I already have the jewler quest on, Im unable to get the inscriptor, alchemist or cook quest
