I always thought the only difference between Light Marks, Regular Marks, Heavy Marks, and Massive Marks are the level requirements. I am over level 51, how come I can not equip any Heavy Marks. Yes I have Master of Element slots open and Six School of Adan slots open as well. Enquire wants to know the answer.
