If there are no brackets then as you said it will be Sea Battles all over again as I imagine many will try and when they find it hard to win against a consistently stronger side then their interest in taking part will dry up. Btw don't shoot the messenger I am only basing this on the strength of feelings in the community about Sea Battles and personally I do hope the new event will be fun for all to take part in.

Let's just get all cashers to sadar and all non cashers to valor. Isn't that kinda what has happened over the years? So one fashion dominates things like DOT, (hero mastery). Obviously this is much more prominent at higher levels and much more tenured players out number one side of the valor / sadar battle ground.

Valor/sadar only matter in sea battle and DOT and now this new battle coming soon. You would think DE would do something to help the game balance itself more or do more to encourage smaller clans to advance quicker. It's sad, because I see far more leave on both sides than ones that stay. I'm sure there are a number of reason why this occurs but if it were me who were the admin, I would do everything I can to keep more people playing. That makes the game much better.

Sea Battle is already dead, hardly goes unless it's night time because the cashers of Sadar have gone offline. AoH is dead and that's not even faction based, what makes you think that this new one will start?
