buy balms/food/buffs from shop (balm/food) and when you hit 16 buffs from ancient temple! :) and as horned demon said, gear gets you more health.

Potions are also useful, potion of endurance will increase health for a fight (or so many rounds within a fight)

your vitality increases your health. paladins often have higher vitality than other classes
