To join a clan you first must find one willing to accept you as one of their members. To do so try leaving your application this thread here: http://dragoneternity.com/forum/clan/6789.html#cP=1 so clans looking for new members can see that you are currently in search of a clan. Please note you can only join a clan of your own faction and game takes 1 gold "tax" when joining one.
