Heavens Voice

Can't find any info on this anywhere except old posts. Is there a way to mute heaven's voice because it is very annoying in every chat box I try to make just for chat =/

Some messages like Combat Log , Player Punishments , Professions from heavens voice can be turned off by simply clicking on "gear" icon in chat tab you do not wish to see them, some messages however can't be turned off.
