As it is forbidden to play multiple characters at same time you always have to make first step and let us know that you are not multiaccounting. Your current two characters wont be unshackled however you both are free to make 1 new account each and report them here so notes can be added to them that it isnt multi-accounting. I'd like to remind to keep your trades fair and do not join same fights.
