My current Player is name is EGaGanmerald. Last month I had asked that $ be taken out of my checking account to pay for my name to be changed to Lady Night Walker, & that that the remainder be placed into my Bank account as Reals so that I could purchase a teleportation rune stone & a room at the Tavern. The information page told me to send my e-mail request to payments@dragoneternity.com Which is apparently the source of the problem

At the beginning of the month I had managed to contact Ihit while looking for a Guardian. I told him everything that I previously mentioned & also mentioned that I was not able to contact payment@dragoneternity.com because something wasn't allowing me to do so. Along with that I also mentioned that I had changed my mind about Lady Night Walker & instead wanted it to be changed to Voluptuous Vixen. from his response it seemed that if I was going to get any of my requested things that that would be it. He said that if he needed anything from me that he would contact me

I am posting this on 6/18/2012 & I'm certain that at least a month & a half has gone by since I first put in my original 3 requests & so far I have gotten none of them. Some one either please tell me what I can do to help fix this or please fulfill my requests.
