I've lowered punishment to debtors, but you're the one who's trying to exploit the rules here. Don't take the loan if you know someones quitting the same day or is quitting soon as if loan is not given back, and you don't let us know to remove items/gold from you it will be considered a rule break.

Well Technically i didn't know how soon he was planing on leaving i just knew he was. At some point bc he has other shit going on in his life. I am not exploiting the rules by him not relaying to me when he was actually going to quit. Yes we failed to mention the loan in the trade condition box as well. I sent him a few private messages asking what it was for he just said it was a loan. well i needed it so i accepted it and totally spaced out the condition.
