I received Debtor Shackles. How can I find out what I did and how to appeal. If not is there a fine? I have been playing for amost 6 months and and once before got Debtor Shackles because a lv 12 friend quit and gave me his stuff. I was not wise in the ways of the game and took it and got Shackles and paid a fine. I have done nothing since they that was not within the rules of the game.
