My username is Awe_some. I am not allowed to play at home so I play at the public library with a bunch of my other friends. I did not break the rules and see no reason as to why I am being shackled. The reason is that I have played more than one character, but I did not actually break any of the rules. Perhaps the game assumed that I was playing on multiple accounts because my friends and I were playing at the same time at the library. Please remove the shackles. Thanks ">
