I leveled from lvl 35 to lvl 36 during DOT and won Dot for higher level

Now my Dot Quest is stuck and I cannot claim exp, valor or prize."> Any help?

Unfortunately if you level up after quest has been issued you wont be able to turn it in as each level group has different quests.
