have not been paid for trade

i traded brand new golden eagle boots to icemanrevalations who was in my clan at the time of trade. At the time of trade there were no boots in AH to go off of price so we agreed on 3.5g for them he then asked if he could pay me 2g now and the rest later to wich i agreed. Now he has been booted from clan for flooding main chat with vulgar language. i have asked him several times if he has my gold he tells me he'll have it by tonight but never does. I would really prefer to get the boots back and have asked to buy them back but he says no he'll pay me tonight which still has not happened. Please help me as I do not know what to do nor do i think that bc'ing him will get anyone anywhere.

Try contacting Icemanrevalations as he does not have the money to currently give back, and 20 day term has not run out yet. If he does not give his loan back by September 17th please contact me through pm.

i have contacted him plenty of times now but now he has re-rolled. so now shackling his old character will not effect him. idk what should be done. he is only lvl 6 with his new character so shackling that one wont do much either. i think ppl like him should be banned indeffinetly if thats how they are going to play the game. please do something as players like this should not be tollerated.
