Manipulated fighting + unnaturally low AH prices

Got a small problem with a level 20 ; jalistair went around and started attacking my friends. But when I jumped into a couple of the fights to defend my friends, i saw he had no armor on and he wasn't fighting at all. I did not plan to see him without armor when I fought him, and just as i expected (rather predictable with his behaviour) ... He posted all of his armor + some orbs and potions in auction house for 1 copper apiece... So now I see he's been shattering quite a few of the game rules, being he's manipulating fights, as well as putting everything he had in his backpack AND tavern room at 1 copper apiece. Because of said incidents, I had to warn the other members of the clan I'm in to avoid purchasing any of the items he posted after confirming with the wisdom of the guardians and higher levels, at the thought that others would likely get shackled for Illicit money transfers or Fraud. At this point, and from what he's told me HIMSELF, he is waiting to be shackled. I honestly did not wish to have to post here. But recent actions from him have left me no other choice.

This sort of thing can't be stopped from happening because people go to these extremes to purposely shackled themselves. It is, however, unfair to the unwary if one foolish players actions pull them down as well. Thanks to Sapphire warrior's warnings in our clan will will lose none of our brothers and sisters over this one players intentional rule breaking. Surely there is something the Guardians or Admins can do to stop this sort of thing from happening, I do realise that stupidity and lack of respect for others is hard to police but there must be something that can be done to make this kind of thing difficult in the extreme.
It's sad when players decide to quit and take the most disruptive and damaging actions they can while doing so.

Thank you for letting us know about this character, he is already in jail and issue is being investigated.
