Why am I in a dungeon?

I log on and it says I should go here to figure out why/have the reason I am here explained to me.

I know why I am in the dungeon but kinda same computer 2 accounts i got that part but i wasnt but since i got cut off from playing how do i start over

You can start over by just creating new account.
