he got shackled when he TheRisen zebomb and I were in skarg caves, and the only trading anyone in our group did was Swizzzlefish traded me orbs for silver when i broke my helm.

I think this ma be in the wrong place but swizzle already posted here so i will reply. I was there when this trade happened. It was not exactly a wrongful shackling, however It was a missunderstanding. I told the involved parties that they needed to trade items for money and couldnt just give money out or they had to set it as a loan. I forgot to mention that they need to check the auction house to ensure the value of the items first so that the money traded is within plus or minus 30% of the market value. They believed they were doing the right thing. I am sure the other involved party will reply to this as well. I have talked to them and explained the rule and that they need to make sure to check the markets before making trades.

I believe a warning would suffice in this case since it is not a disregard for the rules but in fact a misunderstanding of them. If possible I would like them to be able to have a second chance and ensure you that it will not happen again with these parties and if it does I will agree to be shackled for the 30g fee as well if it does. If that is not possible I would like to offer to assist in the payment of this persons fee since i do infact believe that this shackling should have came first as a warning.

I will also like to state that I will be adding a suggestion to the Suggestion part of the forums about warning shackles as well. I think for a first offence people should receive something like a 2 or 3 day shackle. everyone deserves a warning before prosecuted for such a minor offence.

Let's not twist situation you were shackled for violation of trade rules. Specifically for taking items from ZombieSpiderman without any sort of payment. Also involved party - ZombieSpiderman applied for voulantary jailing, and there is no way he didn't know it as they both are same household/roommate players. Shackles won't be lifted. You may say it was loan but it is obvious that it was just item's being dumped to him before Zombie gets jailed. Punishment was applied for trades that happened 3-5am this morning, not for the trades that happened during your cave run.

Ihit I apologize for the misunderstanding on my part. I was unaware of that situation. Thanks for clarifying that. I was only trying to help out a fellow player based on the information I was given and witnessed. In light of this new information I agree with your decision unless there is some radically good explanation on swizzles behalf. But I do stick by my belief that people should receive warning prior to the strong punishments of this game. But unless the rules are changed to accommodate, we must take it as it is.
