How do I get out of dungeon?

I am not sure why I am in the dungeon? I didn't notify the right people that my room mate was using my account or is there another reason? I would like to get help. Thanks

Character won't be released. Sharing your account information with other person is another rule violation that puts your own account at risk. As such explanations as my brother/sister/roomate did it won't help. It was your account and your responsibility to make sure to follow rules with it. You can start over with new one if you wish, however Heim-Dall won't be released from shackles.
