you cant give the reason for shackling as under investigation, i dont particularly care if this is how you think you should be doing it or its in your rules. shackling requires a reason. normally an investigation comes before any punishment. this player deserves to know why with a proper reason.. and on purely selfish reasons i want my clannie back in full playing order!

Clarity on this would help, as a player has the right to spend what they want and if there is something that he did that was "wrong" you are obligated to put safeguards in place so that it doesn't happen again, and post rules for ALL to see. ESPECIALLY when money is involved. He should know why he has been punished, whether it is under investigation due to having a large sum of Reals come into hand or if it was for another reason. The player should also know how long they are shackled for. They cannot provide you with necessary information to speed things up if they do not know what they have done wrong in the first place, if anything.

Shackling a player with no real ground or proof is not acceptable. Under investigation , in other words means prevention. So he's basically sitting in jail for something he might or might not have done. What will happen if he has not done the rules wrong ? Get a "we apologize" and that's it ? If he is found to be not guilty in this case of being shackled , best believe you owe him redemption for the amount of time he has being held unrightfully.

The character has been placed in jail for investigation, seeing that his further actions would have placed in peril said investigation. Therefore once the investigation is concluded a judgement shall be passed.

it has nothing to do with my BC rep going up so fast there is not going to be a judgement either. i know what the problem is and i am fixing it now no need to worry. i should be getting unshackled any day now. thank you

May we ask what he is under investigation for?? Whether it be cheating, having a large sum of reals added to his account, unrightfully doing something that he should not have, finding a loophole???? That might make it a little easier for not only the player, but also his clannies and friends to deal with. It may also give them a little more patience in waiting, and less frustration.
