just star over, jail this one and start fresh , ur only a lvl 11 with no gear no coin and nothing in profesion or reputaion no valor ...nothing to lose , everything to win... and u could select hunting this way at no cost.

As already mentioned by Nofear there is option of starting over if you don't have the neccesary gold for profession change. Every character receives several free changes to find which profession they like the most, after you've used them up it will cost 2g to change as you've already noticed.
