Question about the free reals

ok i get the free.20 reals for 100 mob kills now wats this i see about 20 mortal blows for free .20 reals. is this aquired by using the bc spheres or just by Inflicting 20 mortal blows in general? and if so does this carry over from battlegrounds?

I kill 100 lvl 3's and collect the ham, you may not be a hunter, but 100 lvl 3's count, and only 2 exp per kill, wont mess with valor
