Help! Trying to get my cousin's kid into playing this. He started a toon named Zenobius last night and was enjoying the game. This morning, he can't get in - invalid password. He followed the password recovery prompts and got the email. When he goes to the link he gets the same "Password Recover" page, with a red "Invalid Link" below the field where you type in your email address. He's tried it twice so far, followed the link in both emails, and ends up in the same place.

I've double-checked the link for him, and he's doing it correctly, and getting the full link in there. Any way to get his password reset for him?
