refund

i went to repair one of my swords i payed 25+ gold for less then a week ago,and it vanished, i was told it was broken and i can no longer repair it,i also spent 50 reals for gear parts last night, and now i find my investment will all be lost, i want a refund and i will never play this game ever again

Hello unfogiven,

Your Minor Ethereal Sword of Hunter was completely broken because it had reached durability of 0/1 after what items get broken and completely disappear. Every item has maximum durability and once point of 0/1 is reached they are beyond the repair.
