help needed from admins

hello i started last day and insted to send prv msg like lvl 4 i sent in main chat by mistake and i got muted for 24h its a bit borning to be new to game and get gag like that for mistake can u remove it so i can speak people and som help needed so need chat in game tnx

While yes, punishment was a little bit strict, you should be aware that communication in main chats should be done in english only.

to not open new forum and take place i got probelm with that trainer at arena who giwe quest for extra valour for reals he remove them and remove cash but i not got new q and i trie several times to be shure so several real removed and som cash and not got even 1 quest can u chek it plz and giwe me back my reals and cash but most important to fix that tnx

These quests are available only from level 4 to 8.
