Clan Chest - Whats The Point
what the point in having a clan chest when you put stuff in there for clan members to use, but then someone gets jealous and tells a guard that tells the admin and gets a member of my clan shackled. its stupid. as soon as i out grew my blue gear i put it into chest for a member of my clan to use and i then went on to purchase purple gear.
when question about the shackles this is what we got.
Frost - hi can you help me i have been shackled twice for illegal money/item transfer (receiptant) but i havent traded anything to recieve, please can you help.
Admin - All the armour you have, you put in clan chest with your old account, and took it back with your new account. That's illegal.
Frost - thats not true, on my old account, i put my armour in chest as it was a clan item for someone else to use, when i got kicked it would of got put back in anyway, on my new account (this account) all the armour was my brothers (flame_dragon) as he out grew his armour his put in chest for clan members to use.
Frost - i know who reported me, he was jealous of the armour i was using stating that im a loser because i was wearing clan items, there are plenty of players out there with full clan items armour. people jealously makes me sick. please can you remove shackles please, thank you in advance.
Admin - Ihit reported you to Irish. We believe Ihit isn't envious of your armur. We also do not believe the brother story. The curse stays on.
Frost - you dont have to believe the brother story, there evidence if you check our clan chest log, you can even check flame profile as soon as he PAYS reals for his purple gear he places his blue gear in clan chest, if you check both profile you will see i got his blue gear up to where he got his purple gear.
Flame - how can you shackle someone for using clan items and not everyone else, frost is using my old blue gear as soon as i buy my purple gear, when i purchase my purple gear i place my old blue gear that i have outgrown into the clan chest for frost or anyone else to use, this is a legal transactions, if its not then why aint everyone else shackled, as frost said you can check our clan chest log to see as soon as i place the gear in he takes out and places his barbarian gear in.
Flame - and before you ask the reason why i got barb gloves, i toke out a 200r loan and it was due to be paid so before i got shackled i place my gloves and cuirass in chest for frost to use, but you shackled him by mistake before i paid the reals back and we have a chance to swap back through chest, i know i can kick him to get the gloves back and all the rest of MY items which now belongs to the clan but why should i when we have followed the game rules and haven't done anything wrong, like i said check clan chest log the evidence is there.
Please support this pettion and help us get frost free from a un fair shackle.

I realize there is a rule about not being able to transfer items to another account held by the same person(20% rule): But surely if the items are now considered clan items this rule doesn't apply.
If this is something that the administrators don't wish to happen in the future, wouldn't a warning be sufficient now , and then further clarity can be given to this rule so this doesn't happen in the future.
Rule still applies. Your clan has broken this rule multiple times, and multiple clan members have been jailed for the same thing. stop doing that in clan :)
For instance, I bought a sword and boots of the Golden Eagle. Later, during a cave run, I received the non-transferable drop items. I put the items I had purchased in the clan chest for another member to be able to use and I equipped the non-transferable item. If we are not using the items or bet better items, are we not allowed to put items in the clan chest??
Please advise so we can clear up the confusion.

His account was under suspicion of multi accounting. After complete checks i've decided to release Frost Dragon. However i will remind placing items in chest and taking them out with your other accounts is prohibited is what lead to temporary jail on your clan mate.
