i have been trying everything that i can trying to get this Scheme for Weapon Creation!!!! but for some reason i can not get it...
midnite98 has tried to help me out with this we walked though all the quest routs and still nothing has popped up quest wise or anything...can someone please help me out here i would like to make ma sword... we ">s don't get much in weapons but its still an upgrade so please help me get this scheme...
