why do i have to pay 25 gold if i didnt have to characters the other character was my friend with the same name he put the same name as me bc we were goin to be in a clan together but them he stopped playing the game could u actually lower the price to a reasonal price

Because you violated trade rules by trading with your other account and transferring items from it. And "sure" it was your friend, who played from same computer as yourself. Punishment shall not be lowered.
