what is FOUL Language

okay, so I basically am typing up stuff and talking to people in main chat, the usual stuff that occurs in chat. Now let me ask this, what do you refer to foul language? I would say its swearing or discriminating someone or something, however, one guard thinks that foul language is using a word (in this case) bowl of snot.

Please tell me how the HELL some one thinks that by typing up the word "bowl of snot" is in any way a FOUL language and someone for saying this word get a 2 hour silence. This is down right BS!!! If your gonna silence me for use of foul language then silence me when I swear NOT for say a "Bowl of snot". While your busy guarding and being a complete moron to know what the difference is in foul languge I advice you to look up what it means in the first place before you silence someone for 2 HOURS!!!!">">">

yes I logged on and when I saw a 2 hour silence I figured he had failed some cussing into main as I've seen him do once or twice. when I asked what was said and "bowl of snot" was the answer... shouldn't of been a silence that isn't cussing nor would most people find that offensive. then to top it off it was 2 hours long and I've seen people dropping the f bomb and such and get shorter silences...

And I agree on all counts there is way much more going on in main chat than just "bowl of snot" yet nothing is done, also the silence of two hrs is a little extreme is it not. There have been case of an chat error either in main or trade and we have gotten no warning but silence is the golden rule for most of the guards, So where is the line drawn and who gets to cross it?

Thank you for letting us know about actions of Guardians in this case. Be sure, I'll be looking into it. In future if you see any of Guardians going overboard or similar situations please use complaints thread. Thank you!

If you see something going on that is yet unpunished and there is no Guardian in zone, you are more than welcome to time stamp the messages to so Guardian who is shifting in other zone can take care of it.
