Shackled for invalid name

Hello,
I logged on this morning to discovery Myfanwy has been shackled because it has been deemed the name is invalid.
For the record, Myfanwy is Welsh meaning my woman. I know people in real life that carry this name & have always found it beautiful.
I request to be unshackled as the name is valid. It is not my fault if small minds make out of it something that is not there and wonder why a character named Fluffy Bumy Kins is not found to be offensive where a genuine Welsh name is.
Thank you in anticipation of my request being granted.

Doesn't seem right to shackle an account due to a name which is genuine and has no malicious or filthy meaning.

Just did a Yahoo! search on that name. Results: Myfanwy:
Gender: Girls Name
Origin: Welsh
Meaning: My little lovely one
Pronunciation: mih VAN wee

So, why the shackle? My guess, ignorance.

Even tho it closely resembles Myfanny, which would have been more understandable to shackle, it's meaning is nothing like it and i bet the guard who did the shackling didin't check the origin of that name which is, like Elyke discovered *My little lovely one* or something along those lines. I hope that Kyttyn get's her character back or if it still sounds *malicious* give her a free namechange, ty.

just googled it too.. and it isnt even the name of a famous person or basically it isnt anything that would have copyright issues ... kind wierd why it was shackled .... i am sure when the admins get on Monday this issue will be resolved adn the account will be unshackled... maybe it was jsut a misunderstanding

Only thing I can see is MyFanny, which can clearly isn't the case. Even then, "fanny" in itself is not nearly as derogitory as other names involving sex and suicide that were/are still around in game.
