SELLER'S FEE.

so i made an agreement with a friend that in exchange for selling an item and paying the auction tax for them. i get to keep 2/3rds of the profit. is this legal?

Unfortunately this is not allowed. If you have already traded - this will be forgiven only this once in future such actions will lead to punishment.
