not able to play character

a while back i had a character called kale3603 but now when i login my character is gone so now i use my new character vlux but its take a long time to get back up whare i was so can you help me please.">

There is no such character named kale3603, are you sure you haven't misspelled the name?

Low level character can be permanently deleted due to inactivate. If that's the case toon was purged from database and nothing can be done.
