i was shackled for a bad trade when i didnt trade anything and now i cant do anything can i get some help from anyone

i would like to know if its possible to get un shackled and find out what i was shackled for in the first place the post says that i was shackled for illegal money item transfer (recever) and no redemption i have nt dont anything wrong as a matter of fact i havent bought traded or sold anything to cause this i did how ever manage to get an ax for 13g and 50s which was a good buy but i dont know if that was illegal or not anyway a reply would be nice so that i know what went wrong

i can and will do what i can to repay them
