Account issue

Started account under user name StormWalker. Went to bank. When I came back from bank had to log in and said account not valid. Would not let me in. I have receipt to validate claim. Forced me to start new character cause when I tried to regenerate Stormwalker, game reports name taken. Can you help me merge these accounts? I only want one but want bank back.

The e-mail address for your StormWalkers account is fireknight.stromwalker@yahoo.com , simply enter one of your account details in authorization window, log in, on right corner of this window click "Settings". There's gonna be option "Add Account" simply enter email and password of account you want to merge with one you are logged in.

Unfortunately that is against rules and is not allowed. All involved characters in such activities would be shackled.
