Auction House error

I sold a "Guardian's Cuirass" for 3 gold and when the sale came through I got 3 silver. Not sure if there's anything that can be done to fix it but if there is I'd appreciate it.

I do not see any sales of Guardians Breastplate , please mention exact time and name of item you've supposedly sold for 3 silver. Thank you!
