level 52+ Purple Weapons and Armour etc

These seem to be upgraded from lvl 32+ Purple items. i.e.
Can be acquired by upgrading Reinforced Axe of Ruler of Fates . To upgrade Reinforced Axe of Ruler of Fates , acquire Sydian on the Wandering Archipelago.
Is there any more information on how you will get Sydians, as I'm tempted to buy a Reinforced Axe of Ruler of Fates, but I don't want to spend 95 reals if it's going to be very expensive to upgrade.

yeah i would like to know the same as well, but we will most likely have to wait for the update to find out, or get someone from Russian server as they already have lvl cap removed and i think have these weapons

Ok I'll wait as 95$ is a lot for me to pay, without knowing what I may have to pay to upgrade, esp as the new green axe is better then the old purple, so I could be stuck with a worse axe.
