Gold Farmers, who don't like their alts attacked.

I had an interesting battle today while trying to bone crush pple to fill up rod of velvet.

I was researching characters an I noticed 2 players standing together with no character progerssion and no weapons to speak of. I thought "Yea" pple who don't play alot. I didn't realize that no character progression probubly ment that it was a high lv alts 'Money bot'.(Can I name names on this forum?)

I attacked the first one and it died off without throwing a punch or even talking. The second on was like "Whats yor problem", and then "You just made a big mistake". Immediately the level 50 alt jumps in to save the last remaining money bot. (I thought I 'might' get reprocussions 'after' the battle not during because of the rule of no 2 alts in battle rule.)

I think the guardians ought to take a closer look at characters that have little or no character progression and see which way the money is flowing with items. In my experience if a player doen't have any interest in leveling up a character in battle then that character is just supplying another player with money.

Ok, this is gonna sound like a dumb question but how do I PM someone that is not currently listed on the screen, in near,chat, or friends?(I've never had to actually do that.) If not what system's time are U online and where?

Just to let you know ihit....the two people she THINK are alts actually aren't....she BC'ed my friends alt whose name is elfwitch and I am the L50 who jumped in to help elfwitch....and lilith whats the point saying the 2 people that you had a fight with are the same people with out proper knowledge before hand ...anyway no one is that stupid to fight with their alt and main character in the same fight..well no L50 is that stupid about it.

i wish people would make up their minds on the rles in this game on alts,i asked a long time ago if dot applied to this one fight rule per person,was told no,dot is different,as long as u r only playing with 1 toon at the same time and attacking with multiple people,they said attack with one alt,when u have what u need leave that one,will die shortly with no one playing it then u mover to next,u can't however attack with several and control them all that is a violation,so i have been doing just what i was told,isn't easy,cause once u get the number u need for 1st most r dead,so makes it difficult to do multiple people this way,but it is what i have been doing,now i am told that u cant do dot with more then 1 alt,please someone tell me what i going on here,was i misinformed???

If you have multiple toons they CAN'T enter the same fight regardless which includes mini dot fights, dot boss and insignia boss. However as you said you can manage them separately having them in different fights although will be difficult. You also run the risk if two are in same bracket that you attack someone the same time as they attack your other alt which could cause an issue.
