A comment from an empathetic consumer...
Wow, smoooooth guardians...
I spend hours making a character, only to be put into "prison." For what? Naming my character after a local band (obviously "fag" in "fagbag" was completely, and ignorantly construed into something in which the "guardian" deemed as an "invalid nickname"). I come here, and discover an attempt to extort me of 50 reals (which is unobtainable, while in cyber "shackles")... What option does that leave? Real USD's. I appreciate your poorly trained staff wasting hours of my life; however as much as I enjoy being frustrated (obviously being sarcastic), NO GAME ON EARTH is worth paying real money for cyber-items IMO, and it sure won't start with this sorry, repetitive, excuse of a game. Here's a tip: rather than silence and imprison the players generous enough to spend 5 min of time with this 4th-string app (ie - your consumers); ask yourself a question first... Do you really think people will keep being so generous, in the long run, with such a bureaucratic gaming experience? Do you like your answer to that question? Does that conflict with the ambitions you've set out for this over-advertised "dentist-office" app?

1. I do agree that the guards to try and scam people a LOT, especially through shackles, but your nickname is obviously inappropriate. Lemme start a band entitled F*** and name myself that, still doesn't justify it.
2. Level 8 isn't honestly that high to make a rant. Make a new toon with a nickname that can't be misconstrued as inappropriate.
