AH Question

Is it within the rules to buy things on AH for very cheap prices if it wasn't you who put them up e.g. sparks for well below 10s each. would you or the seller get shackled? just asking i didnt do anything ">

In general - no. Let me give you an example if i see someone putting up bunch of sparks for 1 copper each and you buying them up even if you don't know the person both you and the seller would get shackled. For punishments check this page here: http://dragoneternity.com/about/punishments/
