this is ridiculous, over 5 bridges, and 2 tournies, missed in last two days alone,,,when i had buffs etc....over 5 real worth wasted...and this is when there are over 2 extra players, so it SHOULD happen, game is stuffed without reliable battlefield. hard enough finding one with enough people, now when theres MORE than enough, still not working....

not only tournies but arenas, we're being pulled to the colloseum and nothing starts, getting a bit tedious.. iv watched numerous players complain about this over the last few days including myself, so isnt it time your techies actually fixed the problems instead of ignoring it and creating more? and losing our custom

This game is a product. I have sunk much money into this "product" and it is not working. I wan a refund!

I cant even attack a simple mob right now. I can't BC anyone and I can't even get BC'd (someone tried for me) so what gives!? I cant even do any quests. I want my money back! All of it!

Get it sorted admin. Cant get Valour then game not worth playing. Needs sorting ASAP or you will lose players myself included

easy 5 days without tournement of honour, 7b and arena i can sometimes get in but lost alot of money on buffs and a sword that dont benifit me because i cant fight when will it be sorted as these things do have time limits on them

When people pay money for services and those services are not given and the company, not the player, is at fault; I would consider that "being cheated" and in some causes could be considered fraud. For instance I paid one real to Master Davian to get the quest faster to gain more valor, only to not have the quest work. We have been complaining about this for some time. The system will not record our 3 wins to get the valor and experience. Yes... I feel cheated. If I had an idea that the service would not work, I would not have paid 1 real to bypass the 24hr cool down time.

I think it's obvious that the expectation is that we would be able to use the reals at our leisure to pay for services that are offered by the game. Again, this is what is being violated. Now, as far as i understand it, I don't believe a company having server issue is grounds for legal action... especially when the $ cost is so low compared to legal fees. All I am saying is that... it sucks... plain and simple. Some sort of compensation I believe would be a great gesture from the developers to their dedicated players.

Listen, I pay just as well as most these people to play and your gonna single ME out, really? I was merely emphasizing a point, with caps. He didn't get "robbed". He has boiught reals and they have given him exactly the advantages the game promised to give. Your case is different. You can't compare apples to a sea. You can in fact, but it'd be silly.

Thanks Ihit for a reasonable response. All in all i think everybody, including yourself, just wants the game to function properly so that we are not wasting gold and reals each day in hopes that ToH, Bridges, and AoH will work properly. It's becoming quite cumbersome and I do believe a sign of good faith from the company is in order to keep it's faithful players faithful at this point.
