Should their customers always get the bs end of the stick? What is being done to redress their customers when things go wrong? I think we all accept that in life things do and always will go wrong, but when they do what are you doing to help out the people who play and without which there would be no game?
If I am in a restaurant and go to the bathroom and my meal was on the table, when I come back I don't expect my half eaten steak to have disappeared from the table. Would you? And if it had and you were the restaurant owner, would you surely not get your customer another steak?
