Do you have to kill Shaalez the Iron Grip multiple times for everyone to get the Tome? Our group killed him and only 2 members got the Tome.

Often when I have un-equiped an item prior for a fight I can't re-equip unless I refresh first

I fight a monster of level 36 - it crits me like 800-1100 and IT CRITS MANY MANY MANY TIMES!

There is another monster of lvl 38 - IT DOESNT CRIT THAT MUCH NOR THAT HIGH!!!
