Yeah, i knew him for like a year..he quit...but comes on once in a while to troll.....he came on to tell me that my pics on gallery are ugly and tht he looks better then me..and he starts to tell me to get a life and what not, then i say im going to sleep...and I quote...he said "hope you die in your sleep" thats just cruel..and what novi wrote^^ then the lady said her husband was in a hospice bed (continue) and he was being racist to dragonblade by saying "ching ching go away" because shes chinese, or korean or something like that, but skyrim...is just this is just out of control...so cruel and disrespectful

My opinion on this is that both parties where violating the rules. Both sides of the conversation where about personal matters. Public (main) chat is for game related discussion only. The game server provides players with a private chat option for those whom choose to talk about personal or non game subject while in the game.
I'm also not certain it's wise to ask the game to start "permanently banning" people because it places us all under that same scrutiny as the rule breakers. Most of us are respectable and honorable players and we don't deserve the same scrutiny as a few incredibly immature or fool hardy individuals...and we certainly don't deserve the harsh judgement that they bring upon themselves.

I agree to a point. But as far as watching someone dies go, has it occured to anyone at all that this poor woman, who was only trying to get a break from reality was to shocked to think to pm? Anyone who has had this experience, would understand a pm after a crack like that,would be the last thing on anyones mind.

Maybe a 1yr silence on him and his alts. Then he wouldnt be allowed to talk to anyone. Only in clan chat, but he wont be able to because he's not in a clan. Cant ask to join one, cause he is silenced. I'm sure 1yr would be enough. I know they have those. And if, after that year, he decides to return and start the same nonsense and heartless cruelty that he so loves to expres to others, they can do it again. These are rules already implented. They just need to be carried out. I do believe it states in the rules that if you are silenced, to not go on your alt and try again. That the silence regards you and your alts. I understand that personal information should not have been given out in main chat, but for someone to be as cruel as him, and on as many occasions ( I can count more than a dozen times I have seen him in main chat, so I'm sure there are plenty more) that some sort of action should be taken.

i might be a reroll from long ago and not been back very long. but i do watch people talk in chat and try to figure out who has alts and who don't. with to me strong evidence talk the same, same patterns etc... i believe that the player known as sparta wolf and player skyrim elite are the same person.
