Just like the title says, he was cursing in chat, and when asked to watch the rules in chat, he sent me a private message, of "bite me bitch" then proceeds to spam the chat with lines and lines of unintelligable text.

I would like to ask to be able to restart my account, because i dont understand the game well and missed alot of things that must have been important because im completely lost on what im doing.
