Same RF, Can't even log in.

Yes I agree with RF its about time something is done, we spend real money in this game some more than others its about time we get something back.

This is growing more and more annoying. Not even two days between huge errors, you'd think they'd be able to get this server together and running well, considering the others run fine.

This used to be a good game....until a year ago...smartasses (who probably dont play) decided to improve things and it was gradually downwards from then on

"Connection to the server has been interrupted." isn't exactly what I call fun game play.

I was in the middle of skrag caves. About to attack the Chieftain. And group leader too. Then this happened and the loot and instance will stay in limbo. Same exact error on New Years. Please fix and prevent from happening again.

i've rushed home tonight 'cos my clan is in a war only to be met with the same message i'm STILL angry about from a couple of days ago, stick your elemental quests and your compensation up your arse, spend a bit of time on sorting out the basics

Got my powers of the snow five days ago and so far lost a day from it wonder how long this will take to fix - it being a Friday night.

Upstream provider failure is not an excuse... virtual machine hosting is dirt cheap and with the kind of money spent on this game, it should be a given that everything is more than redundant.

Also, you seem to poke around in the code at just any ole' time of day... it's called a maintenance window... ANY IT based organization in the world should be familiar with this concept. Schedule a 30 minute daily period where the servers are expected to be down and do your fiddling then. Basic stuff here, admins...

I honestly hope not. as there is another war tomorrow...
But I admit it did cross my mind too, that it is link to a clan war. I do not think there was one on Thursday and not sure about Wednesday either. But on Tuesday and today it crashed during clan wars.
There was time when there was glitch like this, but it only effected the people in the warring clans.

Ok. in this case it does look like a variety of previous clan war glitch, which was round earlier last year. Back then once clan war started, the warring clans could not log back in if they refreshed, but the rest of the server was not affected by it.

We weren't at war and I crashed as well.. the couple of times I've managed to log in briefly it kicks me when trying to post to chat. Anyone else noticed this pattern? (Figure if we can get some data gathered there's even less of a reason for a delay in resolution).
