
Authentication error AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks DE mid war again....so no refunds for the HUGE cockup on new years eve..how about now....this is tiring and the game will not receive another red cent from me until you actually pay more than lip service to customer service...you seem completely unable to realise what that concept means. We don't care if it is one of your providers faults who fall out of SLA, or Game Insight's...fact remains WE the paying public are the only ones affected..time to start making good.
Post appreciated, I think a compensation package when this is sorted would go a long way to calm the masses. PLEASE keep us posted/up to date on progress or at least set some expectations.
