We are currently investigating the cause as to why it did repeat itself, nothing is as simple as it looks and there are always things you can't predict. While i can't guarantee you'll be continue to play during this evening we'll be taking extra steps to ensure such thing won't happen again during this time. Me as well as others are doing the extra step past way our bedtimes you can't get back into the game without any problems. Also we'd like to extend our apologies once again for this unfortunate issue to repeat itself for second time in last few days.

Hmmmm so I am not the only one with the authentication error? I can get onto the Aer server no problem but the nova is off limits to me, anyone know what the fix is? Can we do anything from our ends?

Ridiculous....once again paying customers(not myself) and other users are unable to log on....unbelievable. I had clan members helping me and spending their money to help me and this happens....THERE IS A LOT TO ANSWER FOR DE..sort it out and compensate,,,it the least you can do for goodness sake.
