I went in to buy an upgrade for my Axe of Ruler of Fates, but by mistake I bought Blade for Mace of Ruler of Fates, rather than the upgrade for my axe. I wrote and asked if it could be traded out the day it happened, and I have kept it in my tavern since.

I am assuming it got lost in the shuffle some how, I have it still in there and was hoping it could be switched out for the right upgrade.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the item if you've bought the wrong one.

we need to all chime in on this I have seen this mistake happen to often there either needs to be more in place to prevent it from happening or to allow the exchange ihit has done all he can but they need to understand with reals there needs to be some leeway for mistakes to be fixed

I know a long time ago i accidentally sold the wrong item(reinforced merciless crusher axe) and was charged 20 reals and got it back. Maybe after all the upgrades to the lvl cap are done you could put a time limit on bought items, and for a small fee be allowed to return them? Just my 2 cents

I do have to agree, its not like it was food, or buffs, it was a large ( not the largest) amount of reals. I know that everyone wanting to exchange things is a bit much, but when it comes to purple gear or weapons there should be some way to fix it. its not like we are asking for the reals back, just an exchange.

Perhaps what would be most convenient for every one in solving this matter would be to add an "undo" button to shop, that way if some one makes a mistake, they undo it right away, and buy what they really wanted. I know this would do a world of good here.

But its a Mistake it should be possible to return things. Rocky have a really good idea. And honestly an Admin can change that thing easily if he / she want do it. Lets think about it

i agreed a undo button we all make misteak and NO ONEn is prefect. so they have listern upgrade the items and make make achange

I think it will be not much work for the admins to change the item. Rocky's idea is good I think.

Love the undo button idea, that would stop ppl from bugging DE and let us change it if we make a mistake so huge. I normally look close but it was during the last event and I looked under my weapon not next to it. A duh moment but a big one.

I know there is nothing I can do now, but for others and me just in case of mistakes it would be great!

Thinks like this can happen, so it would be real nice from admins to do exchange.

The undo Button would be a great idea, as we can see it happen to other players too.

i have not begun buying purple gear yet, but knowing me, i will make the same mistake. An undo button available for 5 min after the purchase would be awsome.

i love that undo button idea but there should be a way to redeem or trade in the item that you bought by mistake and at least get half of what you paid for it back so u dont loose on all the money or reals or gold or whatever you paid for it. and the admins should meet the players half way on these mistakes when made

undo or exchange for equal gear sounds awesome. I have bought wrong class or level items before, but with gold/silver. A major purchase with reals should give the player a chance to exchange/undo or at least ask them a couple times "are you sure?". When your playing into the wee hours of the morning it gets a little goofy, at least i do.
