and anopther thought is that everytihng that is bought form the shop whether it be reals or gold should be transferrable no matter what it would to me anyways make the game a little better and more fun to play

with the lvl cap coming off ( someday ) and all the new weapons and gear that can be bought, it is a good idea. Many ppl buy all purple gear and will have nothing they can do with it, it can not be dusted only sold back to store for only 10% of price bought. I know the game needs to make money as well, but I think once you buy it should be yours to sell/trade/ towards new gear, it is yours after all.

When those mistakes happen it would be a little thing for the support/admins to make a change...the only thing needed is the good will from the administration.

Admin must consider that and maybe next upgrade will be fix that problem

Im sorry dont agree with the undo button because there would be alot people that make a purchase of something then decide they dont want something. But when a mistake is made like chloe did buy the master of fates axe then going right below it and buying the wrong pummel for it because the shop is kinda set up ass back wards there should be a chance to exchange the wrong pummel for the correct one or at the very least refund the reals and take that wrong pummel back so she can buy the right one

I think something should/could be done to help ChloeAva. If she had bought a lower items such as balms, food, or mount scroll I could understand refusing to do anything about it. Some people pay lot of real money/reals to play this game while others can only spend so much a week or month to buy certain items such as purple gear. I think there should be a way to exchange the wrong piece of purple armor/weapon bought with reals for only a certain amount of time. Once you buy it you automatically go to pack and equip so would only need a minute or two for the exchange time. I do love the idea of an undo button but unfortunately it would not work due to someone would take advantage of it and ruin it for others.

They should make it so that if you equip it you keep it. Makes sense for me.

I agree. I bought the wrong item before, but was lucky it was a level thing and it had to sit in the tavern until i leveled up all those levels. Now there is warning about levels, which i think is grand. It asks if you are sure you want to buy that item which is out of your level range.

So perhaps there can be a solution found for this recurring accident, of gear for the player. I have known several people over my year+ in the game who have accidentally bought the wrong item and had to suffer grave loss for it......

Perhaps there could be a recognition feature for axe parts as there is for level items. It seems to me that it would be much more complicated to write and implement though. Probably some down time on the game when it is added... but hey! there are bound to be better ideas than this one ">

This has happened to a lot of people in this game when you go to buy something expensive with reals you try to take your time but may click on the wrong item give them a chance to hit the buy button not once but maybe a 2nd time to confirm the purchase this is not like buying pots or orbs when your spending 50+ reals on an item. And I know admin can change a mistake if it is made they just don't want to help out the players that spend real cash to support the game and its development not punish them for mis-clicking on the wrong item.

I have to agree with everything that's said here. I too know people who have mis-clicked and bought the wrong item.
There has to be some kind of failsafe implemented to stop this situation from recurring. As has been said, it's not so painful buying the wrong orbs/potions but when it's 50+ reals for armor that mistake hurts badly.
I realise there are filters in the shop for classes that can save confusion BUT surely an "Are you sure you want to buy ~insert item here~?" window that requires an ok or cancel wouldn't be that hard to implement and could save some people's hard earned money.
All that buy reals help support the development of this game so it would be nice to know our support is appreciated. It's more than a little unfair and bad customer service if people's mistakes aren't even acknowledged, not good business to ignore your customers even if the issue has arisen from their mistake.

I, also agree there needs to be a failsafe way the buyer really wants to buy something that is not of the class or level they need. Something like you are carry an Axe and you are buying a mace up grade Do you really want to make this purchase. Reals are so hard to come by. thanks

I think that this is a clear case where an admin should help a player out. ChloeAva made a simple mistake that any of us could have made buying the wrong piece of gear, and I think that if any of us were in her shoes, we'd certainly hope for a little help from admins in correcting the error. Admins - please reconsider helping ChloeAva out with her mistake.

I'd also like to clarify that this wouldn't be an issue for a paladin or witcher. A paladin can use a mace and forged shield and a witcher can use a sword and axe, however a berserker cannot use an axe with a mace pommel. TO be fair, admins should exchange it.

The only acceptable answer to from a Customer Service or Company representative in the event that a customer mistakenly buys the wrong item and needs to exchange it is:

"We're sorry it has taken so long to resolve this issue, we at Game Insight LLC value our customers and hope to enhance their playing and spending experience. You will find the replacement item in the same place as the accidental purchase. We are looking into ways to insure this problem never happens again. Thank you for your patience and we are hopeful that this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction."

Anything less is reprehensible.

People make mistakes and are spending their hard earned money on the game. I think that if it was for a blue/green piece, then now. However, she just spent A LOT Of real money on that piece of armor and cannot even sell it ot get her money back, so she is stuck. She is not wanting a refund but to just exchange it for the proper piece of armor. I think that concession can and should be made. Especially if the game wants to keep players.

In addition, I think we should have an undo option for buying reals armor in case mistakes were made. "> It would allow for people to correct their own mistakes. This should only be an option for a set amount of time after apiece is purchased and hasnt been used.
