Basicly I finished a quest, yes it has the check next to the character. Anyways, When i click "claim reward" my game crashes. What do I do now? Can you fix it?

My II belt shows a weight of 94/105, but only 1 item is visible (1 flawless elixir of endurance). I suspect the non-visible items are glyphs of health, but I cannot access or remove them. I would appreciate a correction in due course....Thank you
